How to Maintain Priority Status for Returning Students
To ensure your child's priority status at Diablo Gymnastics
we have a simple procedure called the Priority Due
Date. This helps our staff to process all registrations
in a timely fashion as well as help you maintain your
priority status. Please read the questions and answers
below so that you fully understand our procedure.
What is the Priority Due Date and how does it work?
We simply give you a specific date when your tuition
is due. As long as you pay by the Priority Due Date,
your child will remain in his/her current class day and time. However, if you do
not pay by the Priority Due Date, we will assume you
no longer wish to have your child in his/her class. Your child will then be removed from the
class.
What happens if you wish to change classes?
If there is space available and you pay by the Priority
Due Date, your child will be added to that class. If
the class is full, we will put your child's name on
the waitlist and call you as soon as space becomes
available.
What happens if you miss the Priority Due Date deadline?
We will take your request in the order of date received.
If space is still available in the class, your child
will be re-enrolled upon payment. If the class is full, we will
add your child's name at the bottom of the waitlist
until space becomes available. Your tuition payment
is due prior to re-enrollment.
When is the Priority Due Date?
The Priority Due Date is normally two weeks before
the new session starts. You will receive a newsletter
with a bill at least four weeks prior to the start
of the new session. If for some reason you don't receive
something in the mail, please inform us ASAP. We always
hand out reminders to students in class up to two weeks
prior to the Priority Due Date.
